At CAA South Central Ontario, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If you are not happy with your item, you can return or exchange it within 30 days of purchase provided it is in its original, unused condition.

Return Process

  Verify Eligibility

  Ensure your item is in its original packaging, unused, and accompanied by the original receipt or proof of purchase within the 30-day return window.

  Choose Your Return Method

  You can return your items for free at any CAA Store location in South Central Ontario or contact our member services to initiate a return by mail.

• 3.
  Package Your Item

  Securely pack the merchandise to prevent damage during transit and include all original tags, manuals, and accessories that came with the product.

• 4.
  Receive Your Refund

  Once your return is inspected and approved, a refund will be issued to your original method of payment within 7 to 10 business days.
